We understand how daunting and nerve wrecking it can be going to a new gym and the fear of “Not being fit enough” or “Not knowing anyone” so we are holding 2 beginners only classes. These classes will give you the opportunity to come and try out a class with others who are in the same position as you. You’ll have an opportunity to partner up with another class member and get to know other soon to be members of the crew.
