I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist (MFT) in and Marin County who has offered children, adolescents, and adults relief from social anxiety issues for nearly 20 years.
I offer group and individual therapy to address issues related to social anxiety as well as social skills deficits associated with both neurological or environmental conditions. I work with individuals who are experiencing emotional regulation issues and sensory integration difficulties.
I have helped those on the Autism Spectrum, those with Asperger's Syndrome, or those who are just "quirky" and require extra help with their social skills and the emotional ramifications of such struggles.
