We offer the full breadth of vascular, endovascular, vein and interventional procedures, which are performed in an outpatient setting at our ambulatory surgical center right next door- Desert Endovascular Surgical Center. Many of our procedures minimize or preclude major surgery, and some are now considered ‘gold standard’ first line of treatment over other more invasive or surgical options. With the combination of exceptional medical care at our Institute and excellent procedural outcomes at our Surgical Center, Desert Vein and Vascular Institute is the leader in vascular health.

Desert Vein & Vascular Institute specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of vein and vascular disorders. Founded by Dr Parag Rami, a board-certified Endovascular and Vein Specialist. DVVI takes pride in providing unparalleled medical care through a concept we refer to as ‘Personalized Medicine as Unique as You Are’- our vision of providing individualized patient care in a warm, inviting and friendly environment. Our clinical practice includes a full assessment at initial consultation with Dr Rami and creation of a sound treatment plan putting an emphasis on individual patient care.
With more than 15 years experience solely dedicated to the practice of vascular and interventional medicine, Dr Rami is highly experienced to diagnose and treat a variety of vascular conditions.
Desert Endovascular Surgical Center is an ambulatory surgical center (ASC) founded by Dr Parag Rami, a board-certified Endovascular and Vein Specialist. The center specializes in performing minimally invasive vascular and vein procedures on an outpatient basis. Certified by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF), DESC is the premier leader in Arizona and the Southwest for providing ambulatory treatment of various vascular and vein disorders.
