Dr. Ahmad is uniquely suited to treat children suffering from congenital heart disease because he specializes in this field of medicine as a pediatric cardiologist and has experience working outpatient and inpatient providing care to critically ill patients. Common conditions he treats include various forms of congenital heart diseases which present as a heart murmur, acyanotic and cyanotic heart disease, acquired heart disease including Kawasaki disease, rheumatic heart disease, failed congenital heart disease screen in newborns, pulmonary hypertension and various forms of cardiomyopathy.
