Nicole, a York University graduate with an Honours Degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor from Queens University, founded Kisel Law. With expertise honed at a top criminal defense firm, she successfully defends individuals, securing dismissals, acquittals, and reduced charges.

Nicole attended York University where she earned an Honours Degree in Political Science, with a Minor in Philosophy and graduated on the Dean’s List. She graduated with her Juris Doctor from Queens University. During law school, Nicole participated in the Queens Prison Law Clinic (QPLC) where she assisted federal inmates at Millhaven, Joyceville and Bath institutions. The perspective gained by working in these institutions, propelled Nicole into the field of criminal defence.

Before starting her own practice, Nicole articled at Lockyer Campbell Posner, a top criminal defence firm in Toronto, with a focus on high-risk criminal litigation, appeals and wrongful convictions.

Nicole is passionate about helping people when it matters most, which is the motivation behind Kisel Law. Nicole has been successfully defending the rights of those accused of crimes, by utilizing her deep understanding of the criminal justice system and being well-versed in the laws and procedures related to criminal cases. She has a proven track record of securing favorable outcomes for her clients, including dismissals, acquittals, and reduced charges.
