Like Family is on a mission to reduce social isolation and loneliness. We help Australians who are ageing, ill, injured or living with a disability to connect with social support in their local area.
Our support workers, who we call Social Carers, can help you gain independence, participate in the community, and enjoy life through activities like:
- help with household tasks
- meal preparation and groceries
- arts & craft
- transportation
- buddy for social events
We charge a simple, hourly rate, which you can pay for using your NDIS funding or Aged Care support plan.
