Introducing Makitiki, a summer 2022 pop-up at the Seaport's Garden Bar hosted by Brooklyn-based Sunday Hospitality Group. The concept combines 'Maki'—Japanese hand rolls and tasty snacks—and 'Tiki', tropical-style cocktails with flair. Pull up a crate, order tiki and maki, and enjoy the open air tropical vibes. Makitiki is the sister venue to the Sunday in Brooklyn/Seaport pop-up and a spinoff of the popular Greenpoint concept bar Yakitki, which the Sunday Hospitality Group ran in the courtyard at their Japanese restaurant, Rule of Thirds.
