Point Source, Inc. is a developer and OEM supplier of custom photonic devices. The company was started in 1992 with the mission to promote the incorporation of new photonic technology into products. Photonics is the technology of systems and devices that emit, modulate, transmit or sense light. Lasers, photoelectrics, LED's, optics, fiberoptics, detectors, and the techniques of system integration are all parts of photonics. We utilize state of the art optical design tools in our work along with our mechanical and electronic design expertise. Optical sensors are a specialty of Point Source, Inc.
