HOW TO KNOW WHEN YOU NEED A CHANGE IN YOUR MATTRESS
We all know that at a point, you just might need to change your mattress. You may have become used to its contour and feel, yet the relationship will probably have to end at some point. The problem here is knowing when the time is right.
The normal convention is to change your mattress every 10 years or when it begins to wear and tear. However, you really don’t have to wait this long. If you notice the following signs, then know it is time to change your mattress:
YOU ALWAYS WAKE UP TIRED OR SORE
If you always feel like you didn’t sleep well or your body feels stiff when you wake up from sleep, then it is a clear sign that your mattress can no longer provide you with the support you need to have a relaxing and restful night. With a poor mattress, you will most probably be tossing from one end of it to another, leading to bad night’s sleep.
YOU NOW PREFER TO SLEEP ON THE COUCH OR THE RECLINER
If you notice that you now prefer to sleep on your couch or recliner, then it most probably means that your bed is no longer serving its rightful purpose, and thus requires a change.
YOUR PARTNER DOESN’T SLEEP
