Starting 1993, Russell Bruce started his career in in Melbourne Beach, a major hospitality hub where he managed and ran a large hotel. After a couple of years in 1995-2002, he ventured in landscape construction from designing high-end residential to large commercial developments. 1998-2002, he build-up the Heartland Coffee Company and expanded it into nine locations of coffee bistro chain. 2002-2005, he returned to Florida and started a career in real estate estate market where he develop residential properties and buy and sell. After three years, he then started Global Adversity LLC, a consulting firm concentrating in buying and redesigning real estate properties.
