After years of working in and out of law enforcement and the court system, Kelly Circle, the owner of Teton Bail Bonds saw a need for a fair, honest, and truthful bail bond agency in the greater Teton Idaho area. In 2005, he formed Teton Bail Bonds and started serving the community where he lived. Over the years, the bail business has expanded to cover southeastern Idaho, but the core principles have remained the same. We believe in honest evaluation of your situation to return you to your loved ones as soon as possible at the lowest cost to you. Often mistakes are made in one’s life and we believe that you are “innocent until proven guilty” regardless of the crime. We also believe in protecting your 8th Amendment right to bail.
