An on-line business providing free guided meditations, a monthly mindfulness newsletter and 8 week mindfulness/mediation workshops. Currently offering guided meditations via the "Unseen Buds" YouTube Channel and website, unseenbuds.com. The business goal is to increase website subscribers and keep connected with them with newletters. The longer term plan is to advertise 8-week, on-line mindfulness workshops to this mailing list with hopes of getting registrations for the workshops. The workshops will run during Jan. and Feb 2021.
