For over ten years I have dedicated myself to helping people achieve their physical fitness goals. Whether the goal is to maintain your current athletic level, or to gain lean muscle and lose weight, I create fitness programs specific to each individual client. Using techniques I learned at the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), I utilize a dynamic approach to help my clients realize their highest potential, while keeping workouts safe, fun and energetic.Through my own experience in sports and training, I’ve learned that the connection between the brain and the muscular system can help us train harder and smarter. My aim is to help my clients make that same mind-body connection within themselves, to mentally push through workouts, and to achieve those physical goals they’re after.
