At ZenRock, we provide private personal training in a small studio environment with an unmatched atmosphere and highly-skilled training staff. Through caring and attentive counsel, our goal is to create an individual program for each of our clients that improves how they feel, as well as how they function throughout their daily routines. Each training session takes place in a uniquely designed training room, optimized for a client's individual training plan.
