Chris Lillie is the founding partner of Chilli Law. He was admitted as solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2004 and of the Queensland Supreme Court in 2006. He founded Chilli Law in 2010 and has extensive experience in commercial and property matters, including business and share sales, buy/sell agreements, joint ventures, franchising, corporate capital raising, commercial property and retail and commercial leasing.

Chris’ extensive commercial and property knowledge combines well with a background in business and tax structuring to deliver value to clients at all stages of the life cycle of a business.

Chilli Law is a young and dynamic law firm acting for the owners of small- to medium-sized business across all industries, aiming to build long term relationships with our clients.
