Once applicant(s) has been enrolled and the account is set up, for 6 months the applicant(s) must continue working in good faith with Credit Monkey for at least 6 months. After 6 months enrollment or 3 completed dispute cycles, applicant may request a refund if 3 or less items have not been removed within the first 3 cycles of disputes.
