A Michigan native, Dr. Phillip Garrett has lived in Arizona for 2 years. He completed his undergraduate at Texas A&M, Corpus Christi. Graduating with high honors, Dr. Garrett received his Doctor of Dental Surgery along with his post graduate periodontal training at the University of Texas, San Antonio.
