Dr Nikhil Bansal begins his journey as a medical student in the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Wardha, India. After MBBS, he went to the McGill University, Montreal, Canada for 2-month Elective Rotation in Gastroenterology at Royal Victoria Hospital and Infectious Diseases at Montreal Children Hospital. After returning to India, he did his 2-month MBBS internship in the prestigious SMS Medical College, Jaipur. Thereafter, he did his M.D. in Radiology from MGMC&H, Jaipur. He has received sponsorship from Panasonic Inc. for CardioHealth Station and worked on the Happy & Cardiac project with Dr.ValentinFuster(Directory, Mount Sinai Heart) and Dr JagatNarula (Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of American College of Cardiology) during residency.
He did his fellowship in Pain Management, from DPM association with Aesculap Academy, Germany and Externship in Interventional Radiology Dept., Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, India. In Interventional Radiology (TIFAC Core), he did the fellowship from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Wardha, India.
Dr Nikhil is senior-resident in Sion Hospital, Mumbai and Radio-Diagnosis MGMC&H, Jaipur. He also did an Observership in Image-Guided Therapy, SickKids Hospital, Toronto, Canada. He has published several research papers and given presentations on many diseases and treatments.
