Description
Dishoom in London is a Culinary masterpiece that blends Persian and Indian styles, resulting in an extraordinary dining experience. I was there for 8 days and I visited different locations of this restaurnat 4 times. Every dish I have treid there has been amazing and consistently impressive. The fusion of Indian and Persian flavors creates a palate symphony that I have never encountered elsewhere. The herbs used in thir dishes are exceptionally unique, adding layers of complexity to each bite. Despite being a bustling location with a average 30-minute wait, or sometimes up to an hour wait, the vibrant atmosphere and attentive staff make the experience worthwile. It is not surprising that all of their locations are normally busy and packed. My favorite appetizer dish was chicken Ruby, and Keema Pau, which is made with Lamb and Peas with some amazing spices and herbs. Dishoom Chicka Tikka was also amazing. This restaurant is basicly a Celeberation of flavors and it feels like a homemade cooking everytime. This restaurant is two floors and they also have an outdoor seating too. They have spots that are a little more quiet and tables that the noise leverl can be very hight. All their drinks are amzing and authentic from India and all their staff are friendly and very attentive. I will visit Dishoom on all my visits to London. Chicken Ruby, Masala
