Flatr is a digital system created for housing applicants and housing associations primarily located in Copenhagen. The goal is to make the application process more manageable for the board and for the applicants.

Flatr is a waiting list system for cooperative housing and owner-occupied housing. Flatr has been created both for housing associations and for housing applicants, to create greater clarity and ensure a good application process for both parties. The system makes sure that all information and payments are handled automatically. And everything is of course handled legally correctly and according to the GDPR rules.

Flatr offers a waiting list system for cooperative housings and owner-occupied housings for a fair monthly payment. We do not take part of your annual revaluation fee. It goes 100% to the cooperative housing association. For applicants it is free to apply to interest lists, they only pay when the waiting lists are open for applications.
