About Italian HomeCooking School
I am an agricolture technician and marine biologist with an army family background.
Moving from a region to another since I was child, tasting tipical foods I falled in love for the marriage of traditional cultures, wines and foods.
My parents and all my family loved cooking and discovering the italian traditional home cooking, this gave me a fertile ground to make me a home cooking lover.

Iin 1973 i was one of the founders of the Italian Wigwam community. Now Wigwam is an international Organization for the sustainable devenlopment in tradictional agricolture.
Later my job brought me to travel in USA, Africa and Middle East, meeting new cultures and foods.
Now I live in Napoli, South of Italy, and I want spread the knowledge and passion for the thrue Italian Home Cooking.

The Italian Home Cooking School initiative stems from a very simple idea:
In fact, true Italian cuisine is not born in restaurants, but in the kitchens of the housewives, in the cities and especially in the towns and villages of the Italian countryside.
And this cusine,the treasure of traditions built and guarded by the housewives will be our tasty journey.
Description
If you whish attend my cooking classes you will come in my real house, in Napoli, in South of Italy.
We will seat in my living or in my kitchen, where I tell you the story of the wonders of the Italian cuisine of each region.
Then we'll go to the shops and stalls to buy the fresh ingredients with which, back to home, we will cook our dishes. I will accompany you to the discovery of the world of the everyday genuine Italian housewife’s home cooking.

And do it , sometimes, my wife Luisa will help us to prepare wonderful home made pizze and focacce Following the ancient Apulian and Lucan hills recipes.

At home we will learn, working on practise how to combine the tastes and flavours preparing primi and secondi piatti.

Our courses are basically one days classes, modular and, if you want, linkables
