I bring both my lived experiences and training as a crisis and relationship counsellor to every session. I will be fully present to you and really listen. I'll empathise with the stories and feelings you choose to share with me. I'll use my years of counselling experience and training to support you on your journey of self discovery, all the while ensuring we have a safe and confidential space to do so.
