The owner, Bill Mease, brings a rare level of tax expertise to the table for clients; he has been a practicing accountant for over 25 years, working for government agencies as an auditor, businesses as a staff accountant, an assistant controller and controller. In 2004, Bill established MATS and operates his growing accounting and tax practice in Port Hueneme, CA.
