Mission
Our aim is to promote the sport of amateur boxing in West Wales. We have a small gym in Llandysul with a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included. We train members to a competitive level

Boxing club for adults every Monday, Wednesday, Friday with Juniors every Monday, and Wednesday. Our Boxing Club is approx 30 min from Cardigan and approx 30 min from Carmarthen.
