Onawa United Methodist Church

Onawa United Methodist Church is located in Onawa, Iowa. Gateway to the Loess Hills. A welcoming congregation and if you are living in the area or just passing by, please come and join us for Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m. Fellowship time is at 10 a.m. as early as 9:15 a.m.

To keep the Lord's work alive by worship, fellowship, and caring for each other;
witness to and welcoming all people; meeting the needs of children and families;
and providing pastoral services to the community beyond our congregation.
To make disciples for Jesus Christ by sharing the experience of God's Kingdom on earth.

The church was built in 1952, has many stained glass windows depicting the life of Jesus and Biblical themes and persons. Elevator access to all levels with parking on eastside for easier access. Parking lots east, both sides of the alley, and on the northside with street parking.
Level 1 - Fellowship Hall, kitchen restrooms
Level 2 is elevator access on ground level.
Level 3 is the Sanctuary, offices, parlor and Wesley Room (overflow)
Level 4: Sunday school rooms, nursery and unisex restroom (NE corner).
