We are an independent provider of personal training in Wokingham. We cater for males and females of varied ability levels and age. We mainly specialise in body transformations including weight loss, functional bodybuilding and other forms of functional training. Both of our coaches have years of experience and a higher education in coaching related subjects. We are a local business with two friendly and approachable coaches who want to help locals in Wokingham and surrounding areas.
