Dr. Kaminsky is a shoulder and sports medicine expert, teacher, and inventor. He has taught advanced surgical techniques to surgeons around the country, designed and created products for shoulder surgery currently in use around the world, and is a consultant to the largest orthopedic companies in the country.

Dr. Baxter has provided expert orthopedic care in the Nashville area for nearly 30 years and actively serves in the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Medical Detachment of Tennessee's National Guard. He has traveled around the globe, engaging in medical missions and teaching orthopedic surgery in underserved regions.
