-Providing home inspections since 2018, trained by Carson Dunlop, North Americas premier home inspection training service. Current member of CAHPI (Canadian Home and property Inspectors) and affiliate member SRA ( Saskatchewan Realtor Association) -We provide 3rd part sewer inspections at time of inspection. -Experience with residential of all kinds. -Extensive experience with acreage and farm properties, including most equipment and grain storage facilities and the unique characteristics that come with them. -Familiarity with most well and septic systems that are most frequently used. -Years of home renovation experience garnered from more than 10 years of the purchase and improvement of properties for sale.
