The first Propertyscouts office started in 2004 in the challenging Dunedin rental scene, with its eclectic mix of high-octane student rentals, low-and high-end rentals and everything in between. Our franchise model BLASTED OFF in early 2015 with the first two franchises sold into the Auckland area.

Since then we have arguably become the fastest growing property management company in New Zealand. With a number of independently owned franchises across the North and South Islands and with more to come we are on target to reach our stated goal of being New Zealand's most recognised and trusted name in property management.
