Looking for the Best Beginners Pilates in Rathfarnham? Here at Real Bodies Pilates Rathfarnham, we introduce a new theme and content to inspire you to learn more about the Yogic tradition. Each session begins with either a short meditation or breathing practice around a specific theme, asana practice evolving around all four movements and directions of the spine, bandha work, cooling asana practice, and relaxation. You will only need to bring your yoga mat and a small blanket to the class.
