The team sources ingredients to celebrate the local grain and produce economies and then transforms them to accompany a cheese board, be slathered on a slice of sourdough or become the filling of a European butter danish. It’s our mission is to provide you with an approachable experience to discover unique and worldly flavors. We also are proud to offer wholesale and catering to customers and local businesses in and around the Inland Pacific Northwest.
