The Robert is Fort Myers’s newest apartment destination that places residents near the heart of The River District and flourishing downtown area. We set out to build a community to be purposeful and effortlessly entrenched with its surroundings and as empowering as the name it was given. In loving memory of The Rohdie Group’s founder and chief visionary, Robert C. Rohdie, the property is named after him. Robert “Bob”, built over 20,000 apartments in his lifetime and was always the first one to arrive at work, ready to take on the day. His passion and energy were inspiring and infectious. Born and bred in New York, he made Florida a second home and spent most of his career developing A+ apartment communities.
