Warner Family Practice, P.C.

Warner Family Practice has been serving the East Valley of Arizona since 1983. Since our start over thirty years ago we have built our practice upon the values of all encompassing primary care with an emphasis on preventative care and treatment. We provide highly personalized primary care from pediatrics to geriatrics and everyone in between.

We provide in-house access to many of the most sought after health services and treatments available. Rather than sending a patient from specialist to specialist, when possible, we contract with providers to offer specialized services right here at our Chandler office.

We continue to add new services and for those services which we do not yet offer in-house, we have established relationships with amazing providers. We work with only those providers who treat our patients with the same level of respect and care that we, ourselves, provide.

When choosing providers to represent our practice, we first look at their experience and scope of training.

Clear communication is the highway to building trust with patients. We seek out providers who can clearly communicate with patients in a relational way. Though each diagnosis will vary along with each treatment path, clear communication can make all the difference in how a patient can respond. We want providers who can communicate in a way that instills confidence and comfort.

Providers at Warner Family Practice are, by nature, learners. While there are tried and true methods of treatment, our world continues to uncover new and more effective ways of treating illness as well as treating the soul. We want to continue to be on the cutting edge and providers who are learners render the greatest range of options for patients to consider as they evaluate their plan of treatment.
