Action Behavior Centers only hire the most qualified candidates to implement our clinically rigorous ABA programs. Simply stated, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) are the best in the industry. With our intensive and standardized training program, all of our clinical staff are equipped to uphold ABC’s high standards for ABA therapy. Our team members have a true passion for working with children on the Spectrum, and ABC is very proud of its extremely low turnover rate.
