This includes a parcel of land of approximately 1 hectare that will developed over the medium term as part of a broader masterplan working in close collaboration with prospective clients. BTP Workspaces is the only owner at BTP with an on-site management team, and has an open and collaborative approach with clients across the portfolio, with a focus on creating functional and affordable workspaces that enables their employees to thrive.
