His Love And Passion For Cooking Started At A Young Age At His Parents Restaurant/lounge Located In The Beautiful Island Of Jamaica. It Became An Obsession Aas He Was Exposed To Different Types Of Flavors And Embedded In The Heart Of The Caribbean. He Began Cooking As A Hobby While Entertaining Friends And Families At Memorable Dinner Parties And His Kid’s Birthday Parties. Wanting To Do Something Extraordinary, He Decided To Invest In A Food Truck Known As Island Buzz Where His Food Can Be Accessible To Travel All Over. In The Process He Gained The Nickname “Jay Buzz”
