Robert relies heavily on his experience as a former Citibanker where he structured and approved large commercial transactions. Robert has lead the acquisition of substantial real estate assets which include multi-unit complexes and large real estate development projects and going concern commercial entities, both locally and overseas. These types of transactions, have become a staple of Robert’s core accomplishments as well as advising and structuring wealth management platforms for tax and succession planning implicit in many of these types of structures.
