Jinmeng Composite

Jinmeng is a joint venture of Hong Kong, Macao based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. It was founded in 2001 by Chenglong, Dong. It is involved in the designing, manufacturing, and distribution of composite manhole covers, gully gratings, valve boxes, handholes and pedestals to the utility market.

Offer solutions for the sewer system and telecom infrastructure

Sakura group acquired the local manhole cover manufacturing plant and completed the relocation, and established Hangzhou Jinmeng Road Establishment Co., Ltd in 2001. In 2003, the first manhole cover are sold in municipal locations throughout the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai markets, and established supply relationships with China Mobile, China Telecom, and Greentown China.
In early 2007, Jinmeng initially found a niche market in road sewer and storm drain applications. It later comes out with products with vehicle load ratings and sold them to international customers in 2012.
In 2022, Sakura Group started construction of a new 36 meter height building to serve as Jinmeng’s workshop and company headquarters.
