Quienes Kick Rocks Gym
At Kick Rocks, we believe that fitness is not just about getting in shape or losing weight, it's about building connections and fostering a sense of community. We strive to be the go-to fitness center for anyone who wants to try their hand at kickboxing or bouldering but hasn't known where to start. We welcome individuals of all fitness levels, ages, and backgrounds. Our focus on cardio kickboxing which does not require striking another person ensures that our workouts are suitable for everyone. We offer a safe, judgment-free environment where everyone is encouraged to challenge themselves and support one another.
Misión
Kick Rocks is built by working parents, who weathered the pandemic in the healthcare industry and see the need for more connection and less restriction. We know your barriers because we've been working through them too. We know how lonely and scary things have been because we've felt it too. We are building a place for people to connect and process their days, not just "burn off the calories I ate at lunch today". At Kick Rocks, fitness isn't a punishment for eating - it's about lifting each other up and cheering each other on and then coming back tomorrow and doing it all again.

Gym-goers are looking for consistency with a little bit of adventure to keep the novelty dopamine flowing. By providing two very different and adventurous forms of primary exercise (cardio kickboxing and bouldering) in addition to secondary options of traditional weights and cardio machines (in limited amounts), Kick Rocks offers casually adventurous gym-goers the opportunity to achieve small victories in visible and tangible ways.



Kick Rocks offers climbers of all levels a fun and challenging experience. The gym features a variety of routes in difficulty, from easy enough for beginners to advanced levels. The routes are changed on a rotation basis every few weeks, so you'll always have something new to climb while working on familiar problems. In addition to the climbing walls, Kick Rocks also offers unique cross-training options you won't find anywhere else. With knowledgeable friendly staff, Kick Rocks is the perfect destination for beginners looking to try bouldering for the first time, as well as seasoned climbers looking to push their limits and make new friends.
Fundada
Kick Rocks is a collaboration between spouses Kat & Jesse Miller, who retain the title of co-owners and co-founders.
