We are a team of Clinical Counsellors with graduate degrees in Psychology and specialized training. We use evidence-based treatment approaches grounded in neuroscience to best meet your needs.

We provide secure online counselling and psychotherapy throughout Vancouver and BC. Our therapists are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) and have specialized training to treat trauma symptoms. We offer brain-body based treatments that focus on identifying, processing, and releasing trauma and emotional stress.
