Dr. Rytel is fellowship trained and board certified in orthopaedic surgery as well as sports medicine. He specializes in sports medicine; minimally invasive, arthroscopic surgical procedures of the shoulder, elbow, and knee; and also performs shoulder replacements.

Unlike the care you’ll find at larger sports medicine and orthopedic practices, Dr. Rytel’s approach is all about you: his individual, personalized, patient-first approach keeps the focus on your needs, your goals, and your recovery as you work with him to get back in the game. We facilitate a personalized, empathetic and welcoming environment for every patient who walks in the door, and we gladly treat patients of all ages, from high school and college athletes to adult athletes who play sports recreationally. Dr. Rytel can even assist you with workers’ compensation if you’re injured on the job.
