Our Nutritionist specializes in weight loss, and helps people lose weight and keep it off for good. We also aid in the prevention and management of chronic disease through dietary interventions. Our program is built on four pillars: Sustainable Diet, Enjoyable Exercise, Advanced Monitoring, and a Strong Support Network. All clients receive a custom program. Although the rate of weight loss will vary person to person, most clients can expect to lose about 15 pounds per month!
