Hello! My name is Carol Gant and I am the Owner of Poppy’s Paws. I have designed my business to be a friendly, family-run ‘home away from home’ dog walking, dog boarding and dog grooming, one-stop service located in the seaside town of Felixstowe, Suffolk

My aim is to provide a reliable and specialised service for you and your dog. At Poppy’s Paws, your pet will always be at the heart of the services offered, from grooming to boarding. I endeavour to cater to the individual needs of both you and your dog, getting to know you and earning your trust along the way. I am passionate about offering a fun and stress-free environment, leaving you with peace of mind while you are working or away on holiday.

I understand that your pet is a cherished member of your family and that they deserve the best.

Poppy’s Paws has been created as a legacy to our much-loved family dog called Poppy. She was a beautiful, shaggy dog who loved digging for stones on Felixstowe beach and barking at the waves. It is Poppy who has inspired me to focus on creating a space and atmosphere that relaxes dogs and caters for their well-being. Not rushing but taking time to get to know you and your pet so I can understand and adapt to their needs, always putting them first.

I am now following my passion and hope to make Poppy proud whilst making new four-legged friends. I look forward to meeting you!
