At Self Space we believe that mental health should be considered a regular part of everyone's wellness routine: like going to the gym, eating well or seeing your friends. Research continues to show that when we pause to be present, to be mindful, and to connect to ourselves and others we feel more calm, capable, and free to love and be loved - better able to accept our selves and say yes to the lives we want to live. We provide therapy for individuals, groups and couples.
