We are able to help you to ditch the complicated spreadsheet and enable you to manage a sleek, reactive portal, which is colour coded to show you at a glance where any issues are that need addressing. On top of that, through our direct links with the Disclosure & Barring Service we are able to order, process and return your checks quicker than any other provider. These results are updated directly to your portal and you and the applicant are informed appropriately.
Not only is this system the answer to your Single Central Record headache, it also uses intelligence from Statutory Guidance as well as your own Safeguarding Policy, through which parameters are set for when you want to check or indeed renew the checks. The system will then send you an email alert to remind you of the need to renew any checks within the portal.
