After selling the North Dakota-based segment of his business in 2019, Les and his wife moved to the quiet, rural mountain community of Mountain View, Arkansas, where Ozark Computer Services was born.
Focusing exclusively on providing online backup services to the often-overlooked sole-proprietor and mom-and-pop small business market, Ozark Computer Services provides its flagship product, ReliaBackup, through an online website and automated account provisioning system, custom-designed by Les, that allows clients to download, install and configure ReliaBackup 24/7 without the need for tech support in most cases.
ReliaBackup is supplied to the customer free of charge for the first 14 days. Charges for service begin on the 15th day and are repeated monthly thereafter. There are no long-term contracts. Services can be terminated at any time with no cancellation fees.
Tech support is available as follows: Phone support is available 8am to 8pm CST seven days a week at 1-870-BACKUPS (1-870-222-5877), and you will speak directly with Les or one of our other US-based trained personnel. Test messaging support is available at the same number 8am to 10pm seven days a week.
