Trading Post Coffee Roasters in Lewes is the second site for the Brighton based roastery. Opening in February 2018 the roastery is certified Organic.
Trading Post started the Sussex trend of putting coffee roasters inside a coffee shop, allowing customers to pop in and watch the beans getting roasted daily and ensuring the freshest coffee beans.
Fresh coffee and great service run alongside a busy kitchen, serving breakfast and brunch, including lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
