I currently work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles. I have helped many clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, traumatic experiences and self-esteem issues. In my therapy practice I incorporate somatic and cognitive techniques. I also offer Art Therapy.
