Stay in the form of a rental in a cottage from the 19th century with an unmistakable atmosphere.Three cozy rooms made in wood in the attic have a shared bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The fourth room, bathroom and toilet is available on the ground floor. The guests also have a fully equipped kitchen and 2 meeting rooms. Internet connection and pets are possible.
Comfortable sitting outside on the porch offers a closed courtyard with a traditional country barn, or our guests can sit in a cozy rural garden with fruit trees, where there is a fireplace and a barbecue. There is also a small playground in the garden from 2013. Parking and bicycle storage in the enclosed courtyard. Suitable for families with children and large groups (full privacy). Capacity 12 persons + 3 extra beds + more (camping in the garden) .

Sand beaches (including nudist beaches), swimming in any of the five crystal-clear, sand-bottom ponds by the sand dune, bike trips, hiking, fishing on the rivers Lužnice and Nežárka or in the ponds, canoeing and rafting, educational trails (there are two nature reservations inside the village), combing for forest fruits (blueberries, ligonberries, blackberries, mushrooms), and sports possibilities at two playing fields. Due to the flat landscape, this area makes sports activities easy and safe for families with small children and for anyone with physical restrictions.

We offer accommodation in a newly-renovated Farmhouse U Hovorků , which is over one hundred years old, with courtyard and garden. Its capacity is 12 beds with the possibility of 3 extra beds and 3 tents. We have built a new wooden attic, which holds 9 of the 12 beds(2, 3 and 4-bed room).

The price for accomodation is between 10 and 20 Euro per person and night.
