Stretch plans are custom designed for each individual, integrating PNF and Active Dynamic stretching to activate the entire muscle. Our highly trained team of stretchers has numerous certifications ranging from Certified Stretching & Flexibility, Neuromuscular Stretching, Corrective Exercise and Senior Fitness or degrees in the fields of Athletic Training, Exercise Physiology, OT, PT and Applied Physiology.
